Preview and Exchange Policy

1. Inspection upon receipt:
Customers may inspect their orders while the delivery representative is present. The customer has the full right to refuse the order if it’s not suitable, while bearing the shipping costs in all cases.

2. No splitting orders:
It is not permitted to split the order with the representative; the order must be either fully received or fully refused during the inspection.

3. No returns after delivery:
Once the delivery representative leaves, returns are not accepted under any circumstances.

4. Exchange:
Exchange is available within 48 hours of receiving the order, provided the item is in its original condition and unused.
The customer bears the shipping costs in the case of an exchange.

سياسة المعاينة والتبديل

1. المعاينة أثناء الاستلام:
يُتاح للعميل معاينة الطلب أثناء وجود المندوب، ويحق له رفض الاستلام إذا لم يكن المنتج مناسبًا، مع تحمُّل مصاريف الشحن في جميع الأحوال.

2. عدم تجزئة الطلب:
غير مسموح بتجزئة الطلب مع المندوب؛ يجب استلام الطلب بالكامل أو رفضه بالكامل أثناء المعاينة.

3. عدم الاسترجاع بعد مغادرة المندوب:
بعد مغادرة المندوب، لا يُسمح باسترجاع الطلب لأي سببٍ كان.

4. الاستبدال:
يمكن استبدال المنتج خلال ٤٨ ساعة من تاريخ الاستلام، بشرط أن يكون بحالته الأصلية ولم يُستخدم، ويتحمّل العميل مصاريف الشحن في حالة الاستبدال.
