سياسة التوصيل

  • بعد إتمام الطلب من الموقع، يتم تأكيد الأوردر عن طريق الواتساب قبل الشحن للتأكد من البيانات والعنوان بشكل دقيق.

  • مدة التوصيل تتراوح من أسبوع إلى ١٠ أيام عمل من تاريخ تأكيد الطلب (قد تختلف المدة قليلًا حسب المحافظة أو شركة الشحن).

  • في حالة عدم الرد على تأكيد الطلب خلال ٤٨ ساعة، يتم إلغاء الأوردر تلقائيًا.

  • يتم التواصل مع العميل مرة أخرى من شركة الشحن قبل التوصيل مباشرة.

  • After placing the order on the website, we confirm your order via WhatsApp before shipping to ensure all details and the address are correct.

  • Delivery time ranges from 7 to 10 business days from the date of order confirmation (the duration may vary depending on the governorate or shipping company).

  • If the customer does not respond to the confirmation message within 48 hours, the order will be automatically canceled.

  • The shipping company will contact the customer before delivery to confirm receipt.
